About Digital Field Operations
Digital Field Operations provides two services:
- Advisory: actionable data- and process-driven guidance for corporate clients to measure, transform, and improve how they deliver value and operational efficiency.
- Education: usable software and process insights for subscribers of the Line of Insight newsletter (forthcoming) to boost their productivity and improve how they operate.
Digital Field Operations was founded by me, John Matero, in March 2025. Prior to its launch I worked in the financial services industry (at J.P. Morgan, Goldman Sachs, and MSCI) where my teams and I delivered financial and operational efficiencies across Technology, Data, and Research functions and built quantitative decision-support platforms used for investment, risk, and data management.
